Ingredients
Pancake mix, prepared as directed to make 12 pancakes
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
Directions
- Prepare pancake batter according to package directions.
- Combine next three ingredients for streusel topping.
- Heat griddle over medium heat. Add one tablespoon of vegetable oil and heat.
- Pour 1/4 cup pancake batter for each pancake.
- Top each pancake with two teaspoons of streusel topping.
- When the edges are dry and one side is golden, flip onto streusel side. Watch closely to avoid burning brown sugar.
