- mayonnaise
- aioli (flavored mayo with ingredients such as garlic or roasted red pepper)
- mustard
- pesto
Cheese
- cheddar
- pepper jack
- provolone
- american
Veggies
- tomato
- spinach
- onion
- grilled asparagus
- roasted red pepper
- zucchini
Directions
- Assemble sandwich.
- Place in a heated panini grill or in a buttered sauté pan on medium heat.
- Cook until bread is golden brown and cheese is melted.
